Most crew shirts are a logo slapped on the cheapest blank in the catalog, and they end up as shop rags by October. Shyt Byrd Crew Gear is co-branded: our designs (or your own art) on the front, your company logo on the sleeve or chest, on blanks that actually fit. Your guys wear it on the weekend, which means your name gets seen everywhere but the jobsite too.
Shyt Byrd is run by the owner of England Industrial Construction, a Puget Sound structural steel subcontractor. We've bought the crew shirts nobody wore. This is the fix.
How it works
- Tell us who and how many. Use the quote form at the bottom of this page. Takes about a minute.
- Quote within one business day. Say go and you get a free art proof within two business days.
- Approve the proof, gear ships in 10–14 business days. 50% deposit to start, balance before it ships. Cards, ACH, or check.
What it costs
Per piece. Co-branded, one-color print, mixed sizes welcome. Add $2 per piece for each extra ink color. 2XL +$2, 3XL +$3. Minimum 24 pieces per design; exact reorders from 12.

Setup and screen fees waived at 48+ pieces ($45 per color under 48). Vector logo preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG); logo cleanup $45 flat if we need to rebuild it.

Construction Safety Week lands every May. Construction Suicide Prevention Week lands every September. Both are line items in a safety budget that already exists, and both go better when the crew is wearing the message instead of reading it off a poster.
- Crew 100: 100 tees + 200 hard-hat stickers + 2 banners — from $2,450

Kits use our Check On Your Crew designs or get co-branded with your safety program. A printable toolbox-talk card comes free with every kit. Order 6 weeks ahead of the week you need it.
Straight answers
Can we use our own design? Yes. Send vector art and we print it. Our duck is optional, not required.
Sizes? XS through 5XL where the blank allows it. Mixed sizes in one order are fine. Women's cuts available on tees and hoodies.
Is the safety-green gear ANSI rated? No. It's hi-vis color on standard blanks. If you need Class 2 or Class 3 rated garments decorated, ask and we'll quote it separately.
Reorders? 12-piece minimum for exact repeats. We keep your art on file.
Company store? For crews of 50 or more we can set up a private store page so everyone picks their own size and you get one invoice. Mention it in the form.
Where's it made? Decorated in Washington State on blanks from the major US suppliers. Web-store one-offs are printed to order in the USA.
