Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of shytbyrd.com and purchases from Shyt Byrd Apparel. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated September 6, 2026.

Orders

Every product is printed to order. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We can cancel an order if a product is unavailable, priced wrong, or the order looks fraudulent; if that happens you get a full refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is due at checkout. Crew Gear bulk orders are priced by written quote and require a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping.

Custom and co-branded work

If you send us artwork or a logo for Crew Gear, you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to reproduce it on your order. You keep ownership of your logo; we keep ownership of Shyt Byrd designs.

Our designs

The Shyt Byrd name, the duck characters, and all designs on this site belong to Shyt Byrd Apparel. Buying a shirt doesn't buy the design. Don't reproduce, resell, or print our artwork without written permission.

Site content

We try to keep product photos and descriptions accurate. Colors can vary a little between screens and print. Mockups are illustrations of the finished product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses.
