Everything on shytbyrd.com is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so each piece is made when you buy it.
Timing
- Production: 2–5 business days for tees, hoodies, and hats.
- US shipping: 3–8 business days after production, standard service. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
- International: available to the countries listed at checkout, typically 1–3 weeks after production. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Crew Gear (bulk orders)
Co-branded crew orders ship on the timeline in your quote: an art proof within 2 business days, then 10–14 business days of production after you approve the proof. Free delivery within Pierce and King County, WA on crew orders over $1,500; otherwise shipping is billed at cost.
Address problems
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email shyt.byrd777@gmail.com within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it prints. Packages returned to us because of a bad address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or the carrier marks it delivered and it isn't, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
